These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of cosmetic products via the Oh My Jelly Sàrl website.

2. Purpose
These GTC apply to the sale of jelly powder masks primarily made from fruits and vegetables, marketed on the ohmyjelly.fr website. By placing an order on our site, the customer unreservedly accepts these GTC.
3. Products
The products offered are face care masks made from natural ingredients such as fruits and vegetables, available in several variations.
Each product is described in detail on the site with its characteristics and benefits.
Product prices generally range between 1 and 100 euros, depending on the composition and format.
3.1 Availability
Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limits of available stock. In case of unavailability, Oh My Jelly will inform the customer as soon as possible.
4. Price and additional costs
The displayed prices include applicable taxes for orders placed in Europe, Canada, overseas French territories, and Switzerland.
Delivery costs vary depending on the destination and the rates applied by carriers.
Additional fees may apply for payments made outside the European Union, particularly for currency conversion or bank fees, taxes, and customs. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order process
Customers can select the products of their choice on the site, add them to their cart, and confirm their order.
Once the order is confirmed, we carefully prepare the products for shipment. The order is then entrusted to our carrier for direct delivery or to a relay point, depending on the option chosen by the customer.
6. Processing and delivery times
Order processing generally takes 2 to 3 business days.
Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days depending on the destination.
In case of delivery delay, we apply a maximum period of 10 days to consider the order as delayed.
7. Payment terms
7.1 Secure payment
All transactions on our site are secured using SSL encryption, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the customer's personal and banking information.
7.2 Bank fees and international transactions
Depending on the customer's bank and country of residence, additional bank fees may apply for international transactions, which are the customer's responsibility.
We recommend checking with your bank for any fees related to international payments.
7.3 Payment deadline
Payment is due at the time of order. No product will be shipped before full payment is received.
7.4 Taxes and customs duties
Depending on the country of destination, additional taxes, such as VAT or customs duties, may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
7.5 Refusal of payment
Oh My Jelly reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of payment problems. The customer will be informed by e-mail in case of difficulty.
8. Return and Refund Policy
8.1 Return conditions
Returns are accepted if the following conditions are met:
The product must not be opened or used.
It must be returned in its original, unaltered packaging.
8.2 Return period
Customers have 14 days from receipt of the order to request a return. After this period, no returns will be accepted.
8.3 Return costs
Customer's responsibility: In case of a change of mind or an order error on the part of the customer, return costs are the customer's responsibility.
Oh My Jelly's responsibility: If the product delivered is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon receipt, Oh My Jelly will cover the return costs. In this case, please contact us immediately to arrange the return and shipment of the correct product.
8.4 Customs Duties and Taxes
For any purchase, any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges related to the import of the product are the sole responsibility of the customer. In case of return and refund, these customs duties and taxes are not refundable by Oh My Jelly. We therefore advise customers to check with local authorities for potential costs before finalizing a purchase.
8.5 Delivery Costs
When a product is returned in accordance with our return policy, a refund will be issued. However, the initial delivery costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Oh My Jelly does not cover delivery costs in the case of a voluntary return (e.g., in case of a change of mind).
8.6 Final Refund Amount
The final refund amount will therefore be calculated as follows:
- Purchase price of the returned product
- Minus initial delivery costs
- Minus any customs duties and taxes, remaining the customer's responsibility
8.7 Exceptions to returns
Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Customized products are not eligible for returns.
8.8 Return process

1. Follow the return steps available under the "I want to return my order" tab.
2. Print your return label and ensure the product is well-packaged to avoid any damage during transport.
3. Inform our customer service at maxime@ohmyjelly.fr as soon as the package is sent.
8.9 Refund
The refund will be issued within 10 days of receipt and verification of the returned product. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the order. Initial shipping costs are not refundable, except in case of an error on our part.
8.10 Partial refund
If only one product from a multiple order is returned, the refund will be partial and will correspond only to the price of the returned item.
8.11 Damaged products or delivery defect
In case of a damaged product or a detected defect, immediately contact our customer service to arrange a return or refund. Keep the original packaging and take photos of the product if necessary.
8.12 Exchanges
Oh My Jelly does not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, you will need to return it following the return procedure and place a new order.
9. Cosmetovigilance
Cosmetovigilance is a system established to monitor potential adverse effects related to the use of cosmetic products.
9.1 Reporting an adverse effect
If you notice an adverse effect after using our products, it is imperative to inform us promptly. Please fill out the Cosmetovigilance form available on our website. This form allows us to collect the necessary information to analyze and take appropriate measures.
9.2 Investigation process
Upon receipt of the Cosmetovigilance form, our team will analyze the information provided to assess the situation. We commit to responding as soon as possible to resolve the issue, either through a refund or additional assistance, depending on the investigation's conclusions.
9.3 Refund in case of adverse effects
If an adverse effect is proven after using one of our products, we commit to fully refunding the product concerned, subject to the validation of the information provided within the framework of Cosmetovigilance.
10. Right of withdrawal (EU-CH-CA)
In accordance with European and Swiss legislation, cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons. The customer has a period of 14 days to return unopened and unused products.
11. Cases of Minor Errors
In cases where the information error does not significantly alter the use or main characteristics of the product, we reserve the right to offer compensation in the form of a voucher, without obligation of return.
12. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected on the site is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is used only for order management and customer service.
13. Disputes and applicable law
In case of dispute, the competent jurisdiction is that of Geneva, Switzerland. These GTC are governed by Swiss law, and European laws apply to sales in Europe.
14. Amendments to the GTC
Oh My Jelly reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Any update will be published on our website, and it is recommended to consult them regularly.
